Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   
   These terms and conditions govern the provision of property photography services provided by Harper & Reid, located in Northamptonshire, England.
   
   
2. Services
   
   Harper & Reid offers property photography services including interior and exterior photography, drone photography, virtual tours, and floor plan creation.
   
   
3. Booking and Cancellation
   
   Bookings for photography sessions must be made in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Changes and Cancellation Charges: Clients have the flexibility to reschedule or make changes to their bookings via the Agent Portal up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring charges. Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of £50. Cancellations not made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee. These charges cover the preparation, loss of work, and scheduling costs incurred by Harper & Reid.
   
   
4. Payment Terms
   
   Default Payment Method: The default payment method for new agents is “pay on booking.”
   
   Invoice Payment Terms: Agents may be eligible for payment by invoice on net 30 terms after an initial 3-month period. To apply for these terms, agents should contact their Harper & Reid representative.
   
   Overdue Invoices: If an agent has overdue invoices, their account will automatically revert to “pay on booking” terms. The payment terms may be changed back to 30-day terms once overdue invoices are cleared.
   
   Late Payments: We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms (typically 30 days)
   
   
5. Use of Images
   
   Harper & Reid grants clients a license to use the images for property marketing purposes. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to a duration of 50 years. Images may not be altered or used for purposes other than those agreed upon without written consent from Harper & Reid.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property
   
   All intellectual property rights in the images remain the property of Harper & Reid. Harper & Reid reserves the right to use any images for its own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
   
7. Liability
   
   Harper & Reid is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.
   
   
8. Client Responsibilities
   
   Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is prepared and accessible for photography at the scheduled time. Clients must disclose any specific requirements or restrictions related to the property in advance.
   
   
9. Homeowner Reviews
   
   Homeowners may be contacted after services have been delivered to leave a review on Google about the services provided.
   
   
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    
    Harper & Reid reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
    
    
11. Governing Law
    
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
